When you vaccinate your pet at Ark, you can join our exclusive ‘Vaccines For Life Plan’. This one-off payment then entitles your pet to free boosters, every year, for the rest of their life!
Terms and Conditions.
• To qualify for a ‘Vaccines For Life Plan’ a vaccination must have been purchased at Ark within the last 30 days.
• For identification purposes, your pet needs to be microchipped (this can be performed at a discounted price when you join the scheme, if not already done).
• Although we aim to send booster reminders to all clients. You are responsible for returning your pet to the surgery every 12 months for their annual vaccination.
• If during any stage of the ‘Vaccines For Life Plan’ your pet becomes overdue for one of its scheduled injections/boosters, by more than 2 calender months (according to manufacturers recommendations). It will be necessary to start the initial course of vaccinations over again. If this is the case, you will need to pay for a booster at the current rate (rather than the cost of a full course) before re-commencing on the ‘Vaccines For Life Plan’.
• This offer is only applicable to cats and dogs, and does not include vaccinations for Rabies, Chlamydia or Bordetella (Kennel Cough).
• If you decide to change practice for medical treatment other than referral this offer will become invalid.
• This offer is not transferable to any other pet.
• The offer is not to be used for any animal other than that of the registered pet within the scheme.
• This offer is valid at all Ark Surgeries.
• This is a non-refundable offer.
